___ 245D Compliance Support & Auditing (Hourly or Project Based)

___Individual audit – includes individual full programing documentation/books.
___Program audit - includes individual’s documentation/books at the site for up to 4 people. (Can be requested at an additional cost.) CRS receipt of the site, PAPP (Program Abuse Prevention Plan), Financial Audit, and Staff Meeting and Training.

___Services audit - includes individual’s documentation/books at the site for up to 10 people, staff files, and training.
___ Training on Annual/Intake meeting preparation (Hourly or Project Based). This training is to teach the provider/ and their management team on how to meet the 245D requirements on the completion of annual and intake paperwork at intake meetings.
___ Application Assistance/ Training Completion (Hourly). This includes preparation and consultation of all documentation required to file for your 245D license; Preparation and consultation of all documentation required to enroll with HCBS; Personalized handbook of up-to-date policies and procedures required to establish your 245D business; Submission of your licensing and enrollment documentation to respective governing entities.
___ Special Project Management and Implementation (Hourly or Project Based). Advises organizations on project implementation from start to finish; Perform tasks such as defining project scope, setting goals and milestones, developing schedules, managing resources, and ensuring project delivery within budget and on time. This includes HR/ Payroll system, CRM system, and online documentation system.
___ Training for New Designated Coordinators & Designated Managers (Hourly or Project Based). This training includes types of services, rights and restrictions, health needs, protection standards, emergency use of manual restraints, assessment development and implementation, progress reports and meetings, staff training, and DC and DM qualifications and responsibilities. Through discussion, we will explore what each area means for the service providers and how participants can be compliant to 245D standards in their companies. This training can be done in a one-on-one or group setting.
___ HR and Employee Files Audits (Hourly). An audit and recommendations on overall standards for employees’ files.
